Ok that was a somewhat good attempt but I fell you could have worked on it more. The animation was not very good it jumped in fact, do you know how to motion tween? If you don't I highly recommend you to learn. What frame rate did you use? Looked a bit 12 fps to me, try using 24 fps. When you are syncing to a song listen to it and try to make the lock face move when a new word is said depending on the pitch or tempo and make sure that it fits in 24 fps. I think that you should learn how to tween and follow some of this advice and have another shot at making it.
